We chose to do cupcakes instead of a wedding cake due to the more relaxed setting and environment. We also wanted to a variety of flavors so cupcakes worked perfectly. The small staff at Charm City Cupcakes was friendly and accomodating (we had our reception on a Sunday and while they don't normal take orders on Sunday they made a special exception.) My only complaint is that we had ordered a small layer cake, in addition to the cupcakes, to save for our first anniversary and we never receieved it. I asked when I returned the cake stands and called numerous times but no one knew what I was talking about and kept telling me I needed to talk to the owner, who never returned my calls. After 2 months I just gave up. Lucky we saved 2 cupcakes. Despite this the cupcakes were great and the price was right.
