Something Blue Shoppe

I actually bought my dress at Filene's Basement "Running of the Brides", but this is where we got my sister's MOH dress. They are friendly, helpful, and professional-unlike Nathan's!!! When my sister's dress came in floor length, instead of tea length, they took care of the extra alterations immediately. They were extremely courteous, and didn't charge us since we were not at fault.

The Casual Gourmet

Jackie Grimsley, owner of The Casual Gourmet, catered our rehearsal and wedding. She will work with you to create any menu that you want. The lady who makes her cakes is out of this world. I showed her a picture, and told her about the flavors that I wanted, and they did it! Rose, the baker, even made sure to provide samples of the cake to ensure that we were pleased with the finished product. Sorry, but she doesn't have a website or an email address.

Quincy Malone

Quincy is so nice, yet professional. We let him know about specific songs, and gave him a general idea of what we enjoy. He did a great job playing things that were appropriate for our guests. If you actually want someone to verbally interact with your guests, invite an outgoing friend or family member to get on the mic.

Liss Sterling Photography

OMG! Words can't describe how fun and unique Bill and Liss are. If you like a bunch of boring, stiff, posed pictures where someone tells you to tilt your chin down and to the left-DON'T CONTACT LISS AND BILL! They totally think outside the box, and they treat you like a close friend from the moment you meet. Remember, your pictures will last forever, so be willing to pay what it's worth to you. At least meet with them, and check out their wedding albums. They're spill and fingerprint proof (like coffee table books), and they're assembled in Italy. You're worth it, so DO IT!

Clayton is an award winning videographer, and he is such a sweet guy. He's got that slightly quirky personality that just rings of sincerity. He's quiet, but you can tell immediately that he is extremely serious about the quality of his work. We met with him at Starbucks, and even my then fiance REALLY liked him! Ladies, you know how rare that is! Check him out.

OMG!!! If you enjoy being pampered and sipping wine, you must go have a consultation with Diann, owner of D'nani. She has an extremely broad array of clients, and is talented beyond mention. She is sweet and humble, and really encourages you to relax and enjoy her gift. She'll be where you need her, at the time you need her, too. My husband doesn't like makeup at all, but he loves the glamorous, red carpet look that Diann provides.
