We were super happy with them. Margot is the contact. She was very good to reach via email and phone at anytime. She connected me with Danny who was actually going to be the point person performing at the wedding and ceremony a couple of months before when we had specific questions. We used them for the ceremony, cocktail hour and first 1 1/2 hours of the party. Danny worked with our cantor when they performed a song during the ceremony and it was just BEAUTIFUL. I sent him a youtube of what were going for, and he learned it and harmonized with our cantor spontaneously. I can't say enough good things! We had a horah could ever dream of. They were just fabulous! We got SO many raves too! If I had to do over again, I would of had an instrumental version of our first dance song rather than use a recording.
Incredibly reliable, detail-oriented and reliable. Constantine was so observant, on time and he really made the dancing so much fun. There were great transitions between songs and he got there super early. The band wasn't quite ready for the horah so after our "first" dance he played another slow-song. We had everyone join us halfway through the first dance so it flowed seamlessly. That wasn't the original plan so, immediately afterward he came over and explained. Really professional and personable. He accommodates details play lists or no play list!
He was so unobtrusive, helpful, creative, kind and good sense of humor. The colors are just so vibrant and the shots are sophisticated.
Shannon Lowry was SO great to work with and created an amazing, vibrant letterpressed invite that we could never have imagined ourselves. We used recycled envelopes and paper for an insert and used the seeded paper to be a bit friendlier to our world. She is out of Austin, Texas and we corresponded seamlessly through e-mail and phone.
They were on time, didnt get lost. We had a shuttle picking guests up at the hotel and they did not have our name on the outside of the shuttle. There were apparently 2 other shuttles and some guests were on the wrong shuttle for 20 minutes. The driver also would not leave because he thought it would be full. He didnt factor that the wedding party had to be at the site earlier so he waited for close to 30 min. Our friends finally said, buddy, we are going to be late- you need to leave.
I had done several make-up trials and were not very happy with them. I do not wear much make-up so, I did not want much foundation. I found Stephanie working at a make-up counter and I asked her to do my eyes- She did an amazing job in 10 minutes all while being nagged by several other people. I knew if she could handle that and do a great job in a quick amount of time, I would not have to worry. She called and contacted me several times in the weeks before to confirm and came to the house early. My parents live further south than Round Hill and prepped there in Rockland.
