The owner, Nancy, is incredible. She is very responsive and flexible. The spa personnel and make up artist were both great. I was not a great fan of the woman who did my hair, otherwise I would give 5 stars.
Judy was the best vendor with whom we dealt for our wedding. It was important to me that the floral designs be modern, yet incorporate the Maine environment. While it took several email exchanges from DC, Judy worked hard to translate my image into a great design. Everyone made a positive comment on her work.
I did not want a precise and formal cake design for a Maine wedding (I was going for modern, preppy and outdoorsy to fit the New England island setting). I asked Jessica to make cupcakes similar to Magnolia Cupcakes of NYC (her standard recipe is slightly different). She delivered--people went crazy for them (my dad still talks about them). At my request, she brought a large white tier over to the island that was decorated to match our setting. While I do not believe she is a professionally trained cake designer, she did everything we asked and made everything so delicious. She would be 5 stars---there was just a little lag time in email responses at times, but she did respond and deliver.
