I was very disappointed with this vendor. Although the work they did on my nails was very nice (everyone thought their nails looked perfect, and the place was very clean), their attitude was not. They seemed really nice on the phone, and promised that everything would go smoothly for my wedding. Unfortunately it did not. They were not in their new location and we got lost getting to the old location. They yelled at me for being late (it was my fault, but as the bride, I should be given a little latitude). I was very late (25 minutes). They said that they weren't sure they could fit me in because they had other appointments which our lateness would cause problems for- I was very sorry, and prepared to apologize to the other clients (I also apologized to the manicurists), but the whole time we were there no one else showed up! While we were there some of the manicurists made disparaging remarks about Asians (two of my bridesmaids are Asians) and the same girls gave really nasty looks to my little adopted brother and sister from Haiti (they are young but very well behaved- they were there to give me some drinks). My bridesmaids, mother-in-law, step-mother and sister were all shocked and angry at their behavior. It put a real damper on the fun wedding preparations and bonding time I was supposed to have with my girls.
I wanted a simple video of the ceremony to show to my grandmother (who couldn't travel), for a reasonable price. Nathan Ceko and Brook Romero were perfect for the job. I barely noticed they were there, but got the beautiful edited DVD a few weeks later, and it made my grandmother so happy. Six months later she's still talking about it.
They were great- very professional, easy to work with, always very receptive to any changes I wanted to make. I got a free tasting- and the food was great. Even though I was too nervous to eat at my wedding, people said they loved the food- and we decided to do an entirely vegetarian menu, so they were up to the task! The service was also very good- and they set up the reception perfectly. However they may not have made quite enough food for the brunch the next day since it was supposed to go to noon, and they started clearing the food away at 10:30. Overall, I was pleased.
We loved Courtney! This was the easiest vendor to choose. She takes amazing pictures, she's nice, and her prices are very reasonable- we even got the rights to our pictures. The best vendor we worked with.
The flowers were beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. Tina is super nice, just not great at punctural email correspondence.
Denise was great. I was really nervous about my make-up since I didn't want to look overdone, and the make-up and hair were perfect. I almost started crying. Amazing.
We loved the cake and it tasted fantastic. We ordered extra cake, and we still didn't have any leftover to take home. Also exactly what I asked for.
The limos were very nice, and the drivers were friendly. Although not very flexible when the schedule changed a little. Plus, we had to pay with a credit card imprint when we were done- who carries a credit card on their wedding day? If you use them, pay in full earlier, or by another method.
Really helpful with all sorts of questions. Reasonably priced and very professional. Easy to work with.
