I was satisfied with the quality and quantity of pictures that my photographer took. The customer service and professionalism, on the other hand, was very dissapointing. It is more than 6 months after my wedding and I still have not received multiple items that were part of my original contract. Communication is very difficult with him as well, as he rarely responds in a timely fashion. Even though I love my photos, I would not recommend this photographer.
I can not say enough about Patricia of Le Jeune PCA. I was nothing but perfectly satsified with all of our services. She did hair and make up for my entire wedding party in the suite at our hotel. One of my bridesmaids even ended up booking Patricia for her own wedding. I absolutely recommend her.
Rev. Kevin Knox was excellent. Through the entire planning process both he and his wife were very responsive and professional. His wife, Teressa, also performs weddings, and she was there to help us with our rehearsal. The actual ceremony was perfect. They provide a "planning kit" that has really beautiful ceremony vows options and ideas.
I found my dress at Butterflies Bridal. The staff is very helpful and professional. My dress was gorgous and had a VERY reasonable price tag. I still recommend going to a fancy salon for the "experience", but when you're ready to buy, go to Butterflies. I also used their seamstress, Elenor, who was fantastic. She has been in the business for years, and did a wonderful job at a reasonable price.
Jonathan's Flowers did a great job for my wedding. Our bouquets were perfect, and exactly what I imagined. Our centerpieces turned out very nice as well. Jonathan was very flexible and worked closely with me to create exactly what I was thinking. They keep a very detailed order summary, and at any time you can add or remove details so that on the day of, everything turns out correct. The only thing I was a little dissapointed in was the arch at the altar. It was the only thing I did not provide a picture example of, and it ended up not being what I had "pictured". This goes for any florist, but best to provide inspiration ideas for every aspect. All-in-all I highly recommend them.
