We had a fantastic experience working with Itala to plan our wedding. Living in San Francisco, we didn't know where to start, but she was able to guide us through the process in a very thoughtful and professional manner. Itala ensured every important detail was captured and ultimately brought to life during our wedding day. Although there were many moving parts, we never felt completely overwhelmed because Itala organized and managed the process using a very clear timeline a list of tasks to hit the various milestones. We really appreciated her effort to get to know us, and her ability to recognize and understand our vision for the wedding. Her personable approach made it very easy to collaborate and to share thoughts and ideas. We truly valued her ability to connect with and host our families and friends during the ceremony and festivities. A few months before the wedding, and after a brief visit to Cartagena to work through final details, we felt completely confident and comfortable with the various vendors introduced by Itala and how it would all come together. We are certainly going to miss interacting with Itala on a regular basis, and feel lucky to have found her to help us put together such a fantastic wedding. We've received numerous compliments from family and friends regarding Itala's work and how pleasant she is as a person. If we had the opportunity to do it all over again, we would without a doubt choose Itala as our wedding planner!
