Absolutely LOVED the flowers that were created for our wedding!! Ross is such a professional and truly has a gift for creating the most gorgeous arrangements. He made planning a breeze for me and walked me through the ordering process step by step to minimize my stress level! He saw my vision and made great suggestions that eased my feelings of being overwhelmed. Our pictures turned out beautiful and the flowers looked beyond amazing and help up extremely well the full day!
PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, FUN & ENERGETIC!!! This place has got it going on :-) We had so much fun with our DJ's and Photobooth operator! (I forget all their names, but I remember Kenny as he was the one I was in contact with for the evening). Even though we didn't run on time with things, they made us feel like there was no pressure at all. They just kept telling us that it's our day and they are ready to roll with whatever our plans were. All music requests were played and our group was having such a great time that Kenny and staff agreed to play for additional time! The photo booth was a huge hit and everyone loved having that option to make our wedding more memorable. I highly recommend The Music Caterer!!
Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with and her employees were very knowledgeable and helpful as well. They created the most delicious cupcakes for our wedding and everyone raved about them!! I had overlooked this main item for my wedding and I was so grateful that they were able to squeeze us in to get cupcakes done for our wedding! Beautiful and delicious!!
Everything was wonderful for our wedding reception! Michelle is such a pleasure to work with and made the whole planning process less stressful. The Banquet Staff were also very courteous and helpful! Our bartenders did a great job keeping up with our group's drinking abilities; however, I did have some complaints from guests about the beer being warm :-( I did have to do a room change the morning of our wedding because the room I was initially put in would not accommodate having an additional 10 people in to have hair/makeup done. The gentleman at the Front Desk was extremely helpful and moved me into one of the larger suites! I have had 2 of our guests since the wedding, tell me that they were overcharged for their rooms, or had charges put on that shouldn't have been. I'm hoping everything has gotten fixed for those guests, and am hoping that there aren't others from our group who incurred charges :-( Overall though, I would highly recommend the Radisson for any kind of event.
LOVED having our wedding here!! Such a beautiful place and the staff were so helpful! Hayley helped me walk thru all the details that needed to be done and was so patient with me and my anxiety to make sure everything was perfect! The "day of" person assisting me (Pretty sure her name is Stephanie) was so helpful and professional! I had forgotten a major detail of having something to put water in to water our ceremony tree and she came through for me last minute, thank you!! Also, she was great with keeping our guys on time and helping them with when to walk, etc. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend the Gardens for ANY type of event!! Absolutely gorgeous!
Ed and Clare recently shot our wedding at the Botanical Gardens and Radisson Hotel. They are an amazing team and captured all the photos we requested and went above and beyond our expectations. They were extremely patient and took the time to make sure every photo was absolutely perfect! Thank you for making our special day truly perfect! I would highly recommend Ed & Clare to anyone looking for a professional and fun team.
My overall experience here was average. I went with Edith's because of the location convenience and am now wishing I would have went with my gut and drove the extra 50 minutes to the first place I tried on dresses. I did purchase my dress from Edith's due to convenience. First, the measurements; I was in between sizes so they talked me into going with the larger size, which in the end was too big even tho there was a corset back (I had wanted to lose more weight before the wedding but wasn't able to unless I wanted to pay an additional $200 to have the whole dress taken in!) Second, you don't have the same alteration person for each appointment, so you end up with different opinions from them (the first lady told me to get a certain heel height so I purchased a pair of shoes which ended up being too low for the dress, hence having to purchase another pair!) Also, I had purchased a belt to be added on to the dress and at my final try-on my cousin noticed the belt was sewn on crooked in the back!! Which then had to be taken off and sewn on again. Lastly, when it came time to bustle for the reception, one of the hooks was not there, so while walking around talking with guests my dress fell and I had to have friends safety pin that area up. I would recommend that if purchasing your dress here, you request having only ONE seamstress help you through the ENTIRE process!!
Lenny was an absolute doll! He made sure that everyone had a great time and that things ran smoothly with getting everyone to the Gardens on time as we were running late that morning. Great personality and truly a professional!
I used this vendor for tanning, hair and make-up. The salon is very neat and clean and the tanning beds are always super clean! Brady did my make-up the day of my wedding and did an amazing job! He has a true talent! Tricia did my hair and made sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. Even when I said it was great, she re-did the braid again because she wasn't 100% happy with it. The staff are true perfectionists and I would highly recommend this place for all of your beauty needs!!
