We used a suite here to get ready for the reception and then to have an informal "after-party" with close friends. we were pleased with the accomodations and would recommend this hotel.
Many issues we were not happy about, ignored requests to make it right and BBB complaint that was filed, etc. it wasn't a total disaster, but we certainly do not recommend them. some of the specific issues are actually very serious.

Had a lot of behind the scenes issues and some serious complaints that were never resolved (even after ignored BBB complaint filed). most guests said they didn't notice anything negative which helps, but overall I would not recommend.
Some minor complaints, but overall was pleased. would recommend especially to couples on a tight budget.
Cake was wonderful - service and communication could have been better but bottom line was that the cake was fantastic, and that's the most important part.
