Planning a destination wedding is never easy. I work in the entertainment industry, so I know the demands of event planning and I wanted someone who I could fully trust on such a special day for my husband and I - and for our families. Daniela from Caribe Cordial Weddings was my saving grace. I would tell her what I envisioned and she would somehow make it all happen. At times, she would make suggestions that far exceeded what I could even imagine. She was patient and kind and so incredibly helpful. We planned events from Thursday - Saturday and she was there every step of the way. Everything she did to help was amazing.
On the big day, I didn't worry about a thing. She had everything under control. She was organized and focused, and her staff made me feel calm and collected. I never once worried about a thing, and I can't imagine a better gift than that on your big day. At one point, she even took off bobby pins from her hair to make sure that my hair piece would stay fit in mine. It's that kind of attention and selflessness that you want from your wedding planner.
One of the biggest thank yous I owe Daniela and her team (apart from making me look gorgeous and my wedding a dream come true) was the recommendation of my photographer who I'm still obsessed with. He captured out day so incredibly perfectly. He was patient and kind and didn't make us feel like we were forcing the pictures. He caught our love and authenticity at the very core. I'm so thankful to Daniela and our photographer for making sure that I have lifelong memories of such a wonderful day.
I am still obsessed with every picture Juya took. He is perfection. I must have researched photographers for months, since this was extra important to us. I asked him to please be creative and spontaneous and he captured our day so perfectly that I'm still in awe of all of our pictures. Everything he did was authentic and fun and he captured our celebration of love like a true behind-the-scenes genius. I can't speak highly enough of Juya.
I'm a food blogger, so it was very important to have good food. These caterers were perfection Not only was the food presentation amazing, but so was the service and the overall delicious. Everyone had high expectations of the food and Hotel Capilla did not disappoint.
