Flower & Flour

My cake was absolutely perfect. Bryan at FLower and FLour is way above anyone else in this area. He is Wilmington's "Ace of Cakes." Not only was the cake beautiful but the taste was fabulous!!!!! Highly recommended and worth every penny!
