Chef Richard is amazing! Take his advice and do not hire a wedding planner - he will take care of everything! The food is amazing (we are still getting compliments) and his staff were efficient, professional, and super friendly. He will work with the couple to create a perfect menu within their budget.
Melissa is the best! She worked with us to pick cake flavors and icing (best tasting ever!) and designing our cake to reflect what we wanted. In a pinch she was also able to deliver our cake when our previous planned arrangement for delivery fell through. She is as sweet as the things she bakes :) Also, gluten-free cupcakes in the same flavor as our wedding cake were made for guests with dietary restrictions. Love her and this bakery! We will continue to go here for breakfast or lunch on the go or to pick up a sweet treat whenever we are in the mountains!
Bryan is hands down the best photographer to have if you are getting married in Vail. He used to live in Vail, and got married there himself. He knows all the best spots to go for pictures. He also did our engagement photos in Denver, which were just as amazing as our wedding pictures. He has a quick turnaround time too! Our pictures were ready just a few days after our wedding. We own all the proofs and can do whatever we want with them as far as printing goes. He is very friendly and fun to work with. Highly recommend!
CME was great to work with to provide transportation from 5 hotels to and from our wedding ceremony/reception. They were on time, nice, fun, and friendly. The coordinator we worked with leading up to our event was also easy to work with. You can make changes to what you need up to 24 hours in advance. Great company!
Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed working with Heather. Heather is the nicest and sweetest person. She is an extremely experienced make-up and hair artist. Willing to travel and bring assistants for a fee. Overall, I found that she was still very reasonably and fairly priced compared to other competitors. Loved every minute of my wedding morning getting ready with her, her assistants, and all the most important women in my life. She made us all look awesome!
Beth was great to work with to chairs for our outdoor ceremony, as well as some additional tables (of different sizes) we needed for inside. Very reasonably priced. Easy communication.
