They were a pain in the butt to work with as far as getting things planned. We talked to 3 different people throughout the process and all told us different things including how things were paid for. We were originally told you pay for the hall by paying for the food, but we paid an additional $2,000 for the hall rental on top of the $20+/head for food and extra costs.
Sue is awesome to work with. I gave her my colors and told her what I thought I wanted, but she was honest with me and explained why that wouldn't be best for bouquets then gave me alternatives which I had no idea even existed. They couldn't have turned out better. And you won't find better prices in the area.
She's cheap, but for a reason. We gave her a list of songs we wanted played during the reception and I'm pretty sure she hardly played any of them. I know it's a busy night, but doesn't mean I'm not going to recognize whether specific songs I chose were played or not.
