She was nice and friendly. Even though we had some difficulty finding ways to do makeup like Asian, she finally made it and she was very patient and tried to listen to us.
Staff were perfect. Very friendly and nice. We had a reception here and we were all satisfied except unexpected tip(I've paid gratuity already) requirement at the end.
I thought she was friendly and professional till I paid money for the edited version of my photos. I realized that lots of photos are not horizontal and they were tilted. It is a silly mistake and I asked the photographer to fix them. She asked me additional cost for her mistake. It was not acceptable and I just asked for the tilted photos. She ruined some of our memory.
There was no rehearsal, and they kept saying that everything is typical. We are not Americans and we don't know anything about typical wedding and hard to get the sense of it. We asked if they can come 10 minutes earlier and let us get the sense and they never accept anything. After the last deposit was paid, she didn't respond well and we had to figure out what we would do if there is something different from our expectation. The agent's husband is our officiant, and he was quite good. But I felt very stressful working with the agent at the very last moment. Hopefully it was not because of money thing.
It was a terrible experience at La Jolla Torrey Pines Hilton hotel. Some of the staff were very rude, and they were not capable of getting a huge group. They should learn how to communicate with their guests.
