Our degustation tasting with Adriana was one of the highlights of our week. Truly amazing dishes. Our guests still can't get over it.

Our wedding planner was Itala Vasquez. We don't know where to start. Our wedding was so perfect that it's still hard to put into words. Itala surpassed all of our hopes in all she did for us. She won our confidence from day one with her enthusiasm and her lovely demeanour over Skype video chat. She understood us. She just 'got it'. That understanding and patience of hers soon became such standout, crucial traits that we were/are so thankful for. We didn't have the chance to go to Cartagena before the wedding trip but her correspondence through emails and Skype was such that we never felt this was an issue for us. We put our trust 100% in her about how everything would look and she certainly didn't let us down. We were blown away.
Itala had a way of making sure we felt very minimal stress leading up to the big day. Our three or four meetings during the lead-up week were actually very relaxing and pleasant. We enjoyed them. Especially meeting her for the first time, meeting our priest,our rehearsal and, of course, the degustation catering session with Adriana.
The day itself was perfect. Itala was always there for us, guiding us all so seamlessly, even when we decided to make last minute changes.
We have been and are still being told by guests that this has been the best wedding they have been to which is absolutely humbling but we certainly feel that way. Everything was just magical.
We feel like we have gained a friend in Itala and we'll be forever grateful for having her guide us through this amazing journey.
