The Hotel Stresa was great. Cosy, romantic, a bit bohemian in the atmospheres. The ladies who manage it have great capability in coordinating, relating with the costumers and adding a touch of grace to everything. They were very kind with our international guests and made everyone feel at home. You will find a fantastic, handmade breakfast, cleanliness, welcoming rooms in the warmth of a family environment. They surprised us with welcome-sweets in our room and special table-settings for our breakfast the day of the wedding and the morning after. We could gather at the Stresa the most of our guests and we really felt a big family in this beautiful tiny villa on the seaside.
Beautiful, particular and unusual location. The ceremony was held between two big ancient boats in the central hall of the museum. Everybody were surprised and amazed. We could arrange all the details by coordinating via email and paying by bank transfer. 300 € for the hall were really worth and we were happy to sustain the great work of this cultural museum. We recommend this place.
Enrico Chillon and his staff accomplished the mission of creating for me a stylish but sober hairstyle. The mission was difficult: I asked him to invent a solution for putting on a very precious and quite heavy Indian belt and to fix on that the veil in a way that it could stay all day long (I kept my hair covered). He did it amazingly.
The Atelier Acquachiara proposes sartorial, high quality, elegant bridal outfits. The designer of the maison, Daniela Basile, welcomed me personally and helped me in my first visit: she has a very long experience in the field and great taste and sensitivity. We arranged a multi-cultural wedding and I had specific requirements for my outfit, and she was able to guide me at best. All the staff was very gentle and professional. I finally went for a dress which I found in their outlet (sparing the 50%!): a beautiful and essential gown in satin with light embroidered bodice and a very particular veil in chiffon. Very original. I was totally satisfied!
This ancient little shop hidden in Bologna is still the same since at least 30 years. It's not shiny and fashion, but inside you will find an incredible variety of good shoes. We use to buy there men shoes since a lot of time and we always were satisfied for price, quality and styles.
The two owners of Ego Fashion were fantastic: with competence and kindness they helped us choosing the best outfit for my husband and we built up all together the best style for him. My husband was very beautiful, elegant and also he felt comfortable in his outfit. Also the budget was great. We ended up buying everything there, from the shirt to the belt!
