Their stuff is high quality, and our wedding look amazing the day of. We got really mixed service here, though, and getting the contract executed was like pulling teeth. The first staff member who prepared a quote for us quit and no one ever called us back or followed up with us. A receptionist finally gave us a new quote and then staff never returned our calls to confirm. We decided to make a deposit and sign a contract anyway, but weren't contacted to go over the layout of our site (it was outdoors, there was so much to rent) until the day before our wedding! That was pretty crazy! But there aren't a lot of options up here, and the stuff here was the best and best priced, too. So... whatever.
The food was good, but we were treated like crap leading up to and on the day of. At one point we freed up some budget so we could add more service with them--stuff they offered in our first conversation, like bartenders, beverage add-ons, etc--and I was told it'd be "cheaper if I did it myself" which I think was code for "Your extra $1000 of service isn't worth that much to me so I'd rather just not deal." Lame. We did arrange for the wait staff to stay an extra two hours so they could help cut and plate the cake (we had 170 guests). When the time came, the wait staff rolled their eyes when our dj had to wrangle them down and plead with them to help with cake service, even though it was literally the only reason we were still paying them to be there!
