Mi Boda En Cartagena

When planning a destination wedding, you need someone who knows the local vendors and all the tips and tricks that you have no hope of knowing as a foreigner and as someone who does not work in the event planning area. Itala had all the connections we needed in Cartagena and gave us advice on how to deal with vendors and a few complex challenges we ran into along the way. She was also full of ideas and ready to accommodate our ideas as well. There was nothing that was off the table when it came to what we could do for our wedding and she immediately knew who to contact and how to proceed to vet our ideas if needed. She and her team were very instrumental the day of the wedding in making sure everything went according to plan and even our guests let us know how attentive and cordial her team were. She was also very patient and helped us through some stressful situations before, during, and after the wedding. Itala was exactly who we needed to pull off our wedding and it wouldn't have been as amazing as it was without her help.

Adriana Santos Mora Catering

Adriana Santos, another well known vendor in Cartagena, helped us with our catering needs. The food was great and we had several opportunities to do tastings and provide feedback that she incorporated into the food. She was very open to trying new things and used our chimichurri recipe to add a personal touch to the reception menu. We also got a lot of additional services from her including tables and chairs, the silverware and linens, bartenders, and the supplies for the cocktail hour drinks. A lot of what she provided was all included in the price and it was refreshing to not have to worry about multiple vendors for some of these items. Overall, our guests loved the food and this was one of our key must haves in our wedding.
