Camron is not only my good friend, but an incredible hair dresser. She does amazing things!! She somehow pulled off doing my hair, my 2 daughters, my mother, and 2 sister's hair before the wedding, and everyone looked so beautiful!! I cannot even tell you how many compliments I received on my hair! I was wearing a princess dress and she most definitely matched the hair to the dress!! I would never use anyone else!!!
Imagine this: Green beautiful grass, white aisle, everyone staring at you as you walk toward a breathtaking backdrop of a beautiful rock quarry. Water in the bottom- the time is 4:30 pm- sun in the most beautiful place in the sky. That is what the ceremony looked like! I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. I had actually thought about getting married on the beach- but I can tell you I made the right choice here! It was magnificant. Now on to the reception- you walk into the clubhouse- It just reminded me of a sky lodge. Stone on some of the walls- a big bar in the center of the room. My candy bar on one side, tables- just decorated amazingly but the wonderful staff and coordinator- Meredith- A corner dance floor- just amazing. Now, if you are a golf buff you have probably heard of Black Diamond- and you're also probably thinking you can't afford a place like that- well, let me tell you- my husband and I paid for this wedding ourselves, and between the 2 of us we have full custody of 4 kids- ages 7, 8, 9, and 10- and we did it!! They were the most reasonably priced place we could find and also the most beautiful place for a wedding in all of Citrus County.
Oh my goodness!! I can not say enough about this guy!! He took sooo many incredible photos. He was everywhere. Lying on the floor, climbing on things, all to get the perfect shots. I live in Citrus County and he came from Orlando, and let me tell you, he was even the best priced, too!! He has helped us so much!! He definitely made it to where at any time I can relive my wedding with a huge smile on my face- you can check out my wedding on his website, under the featured link!! My DJ was GREAT!! He came all the way from Jacksonville to Citrus County. He was just amazing.. He picked most of the music-- all terrific!! Everyone had a blast- he kept everyone up dancing and was right on cue for all the special things, like cutting the cake, all the dances, he definitely kept everything flowing smoothly. He also played the ceremony music, which he had to bring a separate setup for- all was awesome!! I couldn't have asked for a better DJ-Melissa
Let's just put it this way--- We will be going back- year after year after year!! It was absolutley breathtaking! You really never have to leave the resort!! Grand Lido Braco is an all inclusive resort- everything is included. Eat all you want, drink all you want- room service, they also do your laundry for you- The staff are the friendliest people I have ever met. During the day- relaxation on the beach- and their was always places to just get away- to enjoy just my husband.. And when eveining came- everyone is dressed up- ready for dinner- to walke the cobblestone streets of the resort.. all the guests are sooo friendly and you can see friends are made there. The same people would go back the same weeks every year and they would all know eachother from the previous year... There was always something to do. It really was the perfect honeymoon!!!
Another WOW for my wedding!! I think this was the best cake I ever had in my entire life!! It was a 4 tier- neopolitan cake- (chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry cream) And it was delicious! They also did the groom's cake- it was soo cute! They made an exact replica of my husband's police car. I emailed them pictures and it was perfect! Actually it was so good that no one ate it- because they thought it was a pillow! They just did an incredible cake- and it was even less expensive than Publix!! They are located in Dunnellon, FL!! I would highly recommend- there is no other cake maker like them!! Melissa
We gave a bottle of Southern Red wine from Lakeridge Winery to each couple as a wedding favor. I thought about it- and all the money that goes on little, stupid favors, that no one keeps, after you put all the little bows and everything on them- it was the same price to give everyone a bottle of wine. And I also got lucky because it is one of my favorite wines and when I stopped by to pick it up- it was the wine of the month and the amount I bought (just a few cases) I received a discount and only paid 6.99 a bottle. (and that was for 2 people!) Then I had labels made online- they were perfect. Everyone was so impressed with there favors- and they will definitely get to enjoy it more than a couple hersey kisses!!! Melissa
Taylor Rental actually was very good! I rented the roman columns and archway and plant holders and chairs for the ceremony. They delivered it all and picked it up- everything was in excellent shape and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!!
