I read nothing but good reviews, and was referred to roger from my venue. I hate that this is a situation in which I cannot say "well next time I will use someone else" because I hope to never get married again. I am writing this in hopes that no one else makes the same mistake I did. My wedding did not come out at all like I asked. My bouquet wrap was wrong, my table linens were wrong, my centerpieces that I brought, were put together wrong (even after explaining what went in what bowl), my flower girls flower ball fell apart right after the ceremony, and Roger himself did not show up to my rehearsal or my wedding, he instead sent his assistant both times (who was wonderful for the day of btw, I would recommend her alone for day of coordination to anyone). I had a few personal meetings with Roger in which I showed him exactly what I wanted, how things should look ect, and still things did not come out right. He referred me to a local baker who brought my cake, set it up, it was leaning and she left it that way! I finished my ceremony only to turn around and see my cake looking like the leaning tower of pisa. Overall I was displeased with his services and feel it was a complete waste of money. The few things he did provide & schedule were NO where near worth what we paid for him to coordinate my wedding.
While the cake was tasty (we had 3 flavors and all were good) and looked how I wanted it to look, the owner Douglass Ann put my cake together before my wedding and due to the softness of the bottom layer it began to lean. She then proceeded to leave the venue and my cake leaning (according to the venue coordinator and wedding coordinators assistant). The venue coordinator tried to fix it but of course in the process the buttercream got marks as did the fondant. Luckily it made it through our cake cutting so they could take it down but it caused my wedding to go out of planned order and overall disappointed me entirely
