All pastry and cake was delicious!! We had tons of compliments and pricing was perfect! Cake was absolutely beautiful and beyond what I imagined.
Rating a 1 is even being courteous. Shelley has extremely poor customer service skills and is a bit rude. Our flowers were not the colors we had asked for nor discussed. We had to pick up our flowers ourself the day of the wedding because she wasnt planning on dropping off until an hour before the ceremony. Flowers were falling apart and falling off after we received them. I would definately not reccomend.
Everything was arranged for us at a reasonable price and no extra fees. She sent us everything we needed ahead of time, including cute little gifts, helpful tips, and a waterproof camera. She called the day before our departure to remind us of the time to be at the airport and to congratulate us on the wedding. She is extremely helpful and personable. Loved working with Diane!
Rob runs the show and makes the evening fun. Had a great time with him as the DJ.
