My experience with this place was a disaster. Rosemary was very unreliable in our communication, often ignoring emails and not returning my phone calls. One time I had a conversation with her, and at the end of it, I discovered that she thought I was a different bride! The worst of it all, however, is that she told me she understood exactly what I wanted (she had photos I sent her, and we discussed very specific flowers), yet she delivered flowers that looked 100% different from the flowers I had ordered. It wasn't a mix-up with another wedding; those were meant for me. It seems she had something entirely different in mind and wasn't at all concerned with what i actually wanted and paid for. She never apologized. Rosemary did not provide the service or product I paid for and she promised. I strongly warn anyone against dealing with this florist. It was a terrible disappointment.
Tara was incredible at every turn. Communication with her was great: timely, professional, friendly, thoughtful, and informative. Most important, however, is the quality of her work. She is amazing!!! The photos were some of the best I have ever seen. She chose thoughtful, meaningful poses and beautiful backgrounds. She got excellent shots of everyone. We are thrilled with the photos. She was so nice to work with. We will recommend her to everyone we know. She is a treasure!!!
Amazing person to work with! Scrumptious food, amazing presentation and service at the wedding. I give him my highest recommendation!
