Surprisingly negative experience with the owner for the following reasons:
1. Doesn't listen to what YOU want or to your ideas
2. significantly overpriced
3. did not want to work with my budget
4. Rude -- hung up on me several times
Cake looked exactly as I wanted it to, which was awesome. Owner is great to work with. However, I think the overall quality and taste of their cakes are just "so-so". Not really spectacular; I'm sure other bakers are better.
