Cape Tunes was excellent. Music was a very important part of our wedding so we were very careful about who we chose as our DJ. We wanted to be in charge of all music played and he was fine with keeping to our music list and did not play any random songs. The dancing was a lot of fun.
We loved working with this vendor. They let us design our own menu. we had oysters, shrimp, crab cakes, and gazpacho martini sips and lobster rolls, corn, and a veggie platter for the main course. It was buffet style, except the apps were served. we had one signature drink- mint mojitos and then bought beer and had truro vineyards wine that was served at the bar.
Sheila is wonderful and gave us a great deal for a small wedding of 50 people which is hard to find. It is best to contact her by phone.
We needed an affordable shuttle to transport guests from their hotels to the ceremony at the beach to the reception (truro vineyards). They then brought guests back home. They were wonderful.
My sisters and i had a hair appt the morning before the wedding while the guys went out on a boat. They do makeup as well. very affordable/great service.
Carissa is my sister's best friend so we were very blessed to have her as our officiant. She is based in Brooklyn but does come out to the Cape/Martha's Vineyard during the summers so you might be able to sway her to come out for your wedding.
