Teresa was a fantastic wedding DJ. She worked with us on a lot of special requests and I was shocked at how packed the dance floor was all night. Plus, she managed to deal with my non-stop requesting nephews.
The violinist for our wedding was so talented and added such a romantic feel to the wedding. We loved the idea of the violin, but aren't exactly a classical music kind of couple. So, we requested that she learn 3 of our favorite songs and she did at no extra charge! It was such a unique experience. The musician gets a 5 star, but there was some confusion by the booking company. Worth it in the end, but kept them from being 5 stars.
My wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful. Tina and I made a phone date and exchanged pictures to figure out exact what I really wanted. Then, she went above and beyond that. She had damask ribbons added to all the vases to go with my theme. Plus, the flowers over the arch at the ceremony were moved to the head table to save money.. and that was her suggestion! Beautiful work, great staff and good prices.
Marianna is the perfect person for wedding hair and makeup. Not only did she do my makeup and hair, but also my maid of honor and sister-in-law's. She makes you feel at ease, is so much fun to talk to and most importantly does an incredible job. I did a test run out of paranoia.. but I can tell you, this woman is a professional who really knows what she is doing. I've never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, thanks to her!
My finance and I held our rehearsal dinner at Edgewood and could not have been more pleased. The service and food were both outstanding. The waiters handled our 40 guests with ease! Of course the only thing that could rival the excellence of the food was the view. It was absolutely spectacular and our waitress even volunteered to go outside and take a picture of my family. I highly recommend Edgewood for a special occasion or just even evening out in Tahoe!
