Not much to report here, the tuxedos were just as we had ordered, everyone's fit properly and they came on time. I think they were a bit pricey, but apparently that's what everyone is paying for a tuxedo rental now. The guys looked great!
All the girls had their hair done at Studio Fovero in the German Village. I love that salon! My stylist is Diana and she did a fantastic job! I felt all the ladies looked absolutely wonderful. Everyone's hair lasted through out the day, even when we had to go out into the wind for some pictures before the ceremony. I'd definitely recommend Studio Fovero to anyone!
FOOL is very reasonable, one of the best priced florists I looked at. They're very nice people and our flowers looked great on the wedding day, I loved my bouquet and the bridesmaid's flowers. My one issue with them is that they didn't give me what I had asked for. There was a lot of discussion back and forth between us the last few months before the wedding, and it was obvious that they didn't write down all my requests/suggestions. I was ok with some of the flowers they added in and never talked to me about (the calla lillies for example), but they specifically put in a hydrangeas to our center pieces when i specifically requested no hyrangeas. At the same time, they were able to honor not to use some other flowers they had mentioned they used that I had said I wasn't particularly a fan of, but if we have no other choice, we can do it. I wouldn't have been so disappointed by the hygrangeas if they had talked to me about it the first time because I was more willing to meet our budget than to have all the flowers I wanted.
Regardless, the flowers still looked great (even the centerpieces) and many people commented on how nice they looked. I got several compliments on my bouquet and I agree that it looked fabulous! I'd recommend FOOL, just be aware if you have something specific in mind, they may have difficulties matching it.
This was the hit of the evening! Our guests loved the photo booth and we enjoyed looking at all the photos afteward. Damon was fantastic running the booth, he kept the line moving, helped keep the guests signing our photo guest book organized and filling the pages (way more than I expected of him!). I'd recommend Clix hands down, it's definitely worth the extra money to get a photo booth for the reception!
I don't know what we would have done with out Lourdes! She was absolutely fantastic, made the day go smoothly, was full of ideas/suggestions and everyone in the wedding party loved her!
These guys sounded great! We got a number of compliments on them because we had them play for the ceremony and also for our cocktail hour. They're very reasonably priced, show up on time, played exactly what we asked and were good about getting back to me when I had questions during the planning process.
We can't say enough good things about Matt. He was another vendor that everyone loved to work with. He's got a great personality, is eager to please and goes out of his way to do whatever he can to make you happy. On top of all of that, he takes great pictures too! Another reasonably priced vendor for everything that you get.
I'm neutral on this one. They were great with the bridesmaid dresses, they came in on time and looked great. We ordered extra material from the bridesmaid dresses to make a flowergirl dress and there was a hold up with the material that should have arrived with the dresses. It took a month for it to come in. They blamed the manufacturer for the delay, but I'm not sure if I believe them because they were also giving me the run around with my dress. My dress arrived much later than they originally quoted (2 months!), but did arrive perfect with out any flaws in the dress. My concern with Alan Ray Bridal is that instead of telling me that the dress was going to be held up a few weeks or even months, they kept telling me it'll be in on a date a few days down the road, or that they'd call the designer to find out about the dress and call me back with an answer. They never called, my dress also never came in on the numerous times they said it would be. I got quite annoyed by this and it also stressed me out that they possibly never ordered my dress - a situation I've heard come out of Alan Ray before and the bride discovered this only a week or so before her wedding.
In the end, the dress came with plenty of time because I ordered it several months earlier than I needed to (thank god!) and it was just as I was expecting, I just didn't appreciate how they handle their customer service.

The cake was delicious, it looked gorgeous, and they were awesome to work with since they had to work very closely with my father who made the cake topper for us. These ladies are very enthusiastic about their work and it shows!
These guys were very professional and went out of their way to help us in anyway they can. They were very eager to please. We had a slight issue with our entrance music, which they had worked so hard on to create a short clip of two songs for us, but in the end it didn't matter and honestly, I think they were more disappointed by it than we were because of all the work they put in to it and it ended up not being played.
In all, these guys were still great, they played exactly what we asked them and were very nice to work with.
