He was very easy to work with and very affordable. We have to coordinate everything over email and telephone and all of our meetings were professional yet easy-going. He understood our music taste and he played a lot of songs that I really enjoyed. At the reception, he presented himself very well and I would hire him again in a flash.
While rented some more generic wedding gear from elsewhere, we add invaluable touches from Pow Wow. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Punctual and efficient. It stretched our meager budget a little but was worth every penny.
We chose this vendor mainly because they had all the same stuff as everywhere else, except cheaper. They even let us take the delivery from Friday to Monday for a single day fee (because they don't deliver on weekends). They came on time for delivery and pickup. But the most help came when we decided at the last minute that we wanted to add belly bar tables. We were able to drive to their office and pick up what we needed. They just added it to our tab. They were very friendly too.
The food was amazing and is five stars on its own. Working with them was easy. They had the experience to have the servers show up earlier to set up and have the food delivered later so it did get stale in the warmers. They came went without incident and even provided their own trash cans and extra ice. The servers were professional and hard working even when we tried to get them to eat cake with us.
Driver was on time, and even though we weren't, he patiently waited for us. It was an extra change for the wait, but the charge is reasonable, and more importantly we did not feel stressed or rushed. He sent texts to my phone to keep me updated on how late we were getting, which I liked.
