Caterer was very eager, and made many follow ups with us, however made many undelivered promises. Two biggest mistakes were being extremely understaffed and not serving courses on contract.
We were very concerned about the pricing, because it was a little pricey, but once the day of the wedding had arrived, we couldn't take our eyes off of the floral arrangments. Everything from the drapery of the arch to the centerpieces were beautiful and exactly what we were looking for.
