This company provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My wedding is 3 weeks away and I called Ultimate Limo to try and add some additional service for our day. First I went onto their website and filled an online request for service, one week later ... no response. I then decided to call them directly, they asked for my name and number and told me someone would call me right back. Eight hours went by and still no call. So I phoned them back. This time, the lady on the phone (who told me she was the owner)asked if she could call me right back, ... no problem. Over an hour later, and still no call, I phoned them one more time. This time the owner told me she was very busy and had no time to call me. I explained to her that this was the third time I had called and each time I'd received no response from them. As I waited for the customary apology that would never come, I was treated to her remark of "I didn't ask you to call", She went on to explain to me that they were the largest limo company in the city, and that they have received many awards, as if this should justify their terrible service. She then bluntly asked "what do you want" an proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't call them now because my wedding is still 3 weeks away and their policy is that they will call me when it's 2 weeks away and confirm everything. I told her I wasn't calling for confirmation, and that I wanted to add to our service. She told me they didn't need more service as they are the busiest company in the city and I am harassing her. I then told her to cancel our wedding service as I wanted nothing to do with them. She then went on to tell me I wasn't going to get my $200 deposit back. For that price, it's worth it for some peace of mind. I could only imagine her response on the day of our wedding, when I call her because our limo is late .."we're the busiest limo service in the city and have won many awards, we're allowed to be late" As a manager of one of the largest hotels in the city, I have never experienced customer service this bad. I highly recommend you do not use this service because they are already the "largest in the city, and have won many awards.
