What can I say, the cake was awesome, and you can't beat the price! (Plus they deliver in the area for $8!?!?!) We had four different flavors of cake, I highly recommend white cake with custard and strawberry filling, or white with cherry filling, but they were all a huge hit. Luckily we bought a lot of extra cake, because people were going back for seconds and thirds! I would highly recommend Buehler's cake shop.
We had now idea what to expect from the florist, it was the florist my wife's mom uses. But I have to say, the flowers were perfect! She really understood what we wanted and got everything just right. Loved the lavender mixed into the flowers, gave everything a wonderful scent. I would highly recommend the Seville Flower and Gift.
Extended Play did a great job for us! There was a small hiccup where we had to wait for our cake cutting song (we were well ahead of schedule). Other than that, they did a great job playing music that people wanted to dance to, and making sure everyone was having fun. They helped to make our reception a heck of a party! They were really easy to work with, and the setup didn't take up very much space, but provided good sound and great lighting. I would highly recommend Extended Play.
Amazing! The pictures are just beautiful! He's even using one of our pictures on the back of his business cards. The only downside is since he won Best of the Knot last year his prices have gone up (we locked him in before that). He got us a small preview out on Facebook before we left on our honeymoon, so within 2 days of the wedding. By the time we got back our site to view the photos (395!) was up, and within 3 weeks we had a lay flat coffee table book that he designed and the DVD with the digital proofs on it. I would highly recommend Rentham Creative, Mike and Melissa were fantastic and easy to work with.
Everything was perfect, the guys that came out to serve and finish making the food were awesome, and the food was delicious. Everyone raved about the food! I'm glad we could do a plated meal for such a reasonable price. They quote you their menu price plus 20%, which includes linens and everything, plus $3.50 pp for non-alcoholic beverages. I would highly recommend the Wooster Inn.
The site was beautiful, just the perfect setting. We lucked out on the weather, it ended up being mostly sunny and 76 degrees in June. We got some AMAZING pictures in the gardens and the field. The only downside is that they have an active gas well right there in the middle of everything. When we were there for our rehearsal there was a reception going on and they had Christmas lights wrapping the vertical beams in the Tracy Barn and it looked really pretty. We didn't bother decorating the venue too much, as it was perfect for what we wanted as it was. Also, the venue people aren't really any help with anything (other than setting out the tables and chairs), but luckily the other vendors we picked really took care of everything. I would highly recommend the Quailcrest Farm.
