I chose the UBI specifically for the food. Their chef is a master! It's a beautiful venue for the reception - was perfect for our smaller crowd (~70 people total). The catering manager (Christa Hammond) was so helpful in helping my decide the decor and what goes where. Also, super accomodating in those few days before where I was calling to change my mind 50 times... totally worth every penny ($$$, but deservedly so)
The photo that I wanted her to work off of was fairly intricate - and that was one of my first questions "Do you feel comfortable with this design". She assured me that she could do it no problem... WRONG - was not up to par. Her samples were moist and delicious however the actual cake was extremely dry. I was expecting MUCH BETTER for the $450 I paid.
Jennifer couldn't have been better to work with! Easy to consult with, great ideas. Gorgeous flowers. I had all roses: 5 large bouquets, 4 corsages, 11 boutineers, 120 loose roses that I had the venue put in the back knot of each chair wrap... for a grand total of $575! Unreal!
Tonnes of fun. Our DJ asked us multiple times throughout the night if there was anything else we wanted. He did a GREAT job!
Vehicles in great condition, driver was super friendly (even drove to get the wedding party a snack while we were busy getting our photos taken!!) Was very nice to have the DJ and Limo through one contact... HIGHLY recommended
Paul is AMAZING! Very easy to shoot with and his photos are awesome. I can't stand to have my picture taken normally and he made me feel at ease. THANK YOU PAUL!!
Laura was great! I had hair down to my waist and somehow she managed to get it in an updo without looking mangled! Then I went back to her after the wedding to have it all chopped off! She's very creative and fun to work with.
