I would never purchase another dress of any kind from this shop. They failed to order my daughter's dress on time, then the dress was discontinued. We worked out a deal for the sample dress...then things went downhill. On two occasions for scheduled fittings, the seamstress forgot to bring the dress in for the fitting. No big deal, except I drove 3 hours to be there, and others had taken time off from work. It seemed like "no big deal" to the salesperson or the seamstress. Both times the fittings were rescheduled for another time. When a spot was noticed on the dress, the seamstress said "I think I tried to clean that, I don't remember." The buttons for the bustle were never put on-which we found out as the bride and groom were getting ready to be introduced at their reception. The correct veil wasn't ordered until last minute (when my daughter had to ask about it) The day before the wedding, the veil was handed to my daughter, in a plastic baggie--she had to ask that it be steamed for her. The attitude of the sales staff was lackadaisical, and both my daughter and I are still waiting on return phone calls from the owner/or manager. Between us, we placed 8 calls over 6 months--and not one has been returned. And, trust me, we showed no emotion or disappointment as this process was going on--we were afraid something would "accidentally" happen to her dress at the last moment. I did voice some concerns with the sales lady, who seemed like she cared--but nothing changed/got done/was fixed. There is no way I will ever do business with All the Rage at Hilltop again!
