Very unprofessional. Hard to reach. Does not answer phone calls and takes days or sometimes even weeks to return e-mail. Overpriced for what you get! I am not the only one who feels this way. Saw on facebook the other day someone made a comment about not returning their phone calls and someone else I know used them as well and also had a very bad experience with them.
Great staff. Sets up everything for you and comparable in price to places that dont. I had lots of decorations and things to put on the tables and I just dropped it off a few days before and they had it all just the way I wanted when we arrived after the wedding.
This was by far the best experience of my wedding. The flowers were absolutely georgeous. She will meet with you and tell you what you can get with what budget and guarantees the flowers and has a HUGE selection of all sorts of colors. I explained what I wanted and I got that and more! Loved Bronwyn (the owner I think). She was great to work with! Will continue to suggest Kistners to everyone I know!
