Ask for Phoebe to do your hair! She did a wonderful job, and really listened to me. The staff was great to book my wedding party's appointments to suit my needs.
The venue is beautiful, but the customer service needs some work. They really try to nickel-and-dime you. They also make early promises and don't deliver... such as providing candles for hurricanes, providing votives ILO tea lights, allowing for items to be picked-up the morning after... the little things. It was also a major deal for them to hang italian lights in tulle above doorways - this was also an early promise, but then they acted like they were doing me such a huge favor by doing it for me. But, at least the wedding day went smoothly. (I only realized later in photos that they ordered the wrong table clothes! And they were $35 a piece!!)
