We were very pleased with the process Bella Pictures has you go through--especially the "meet and greet" with our photographer ahead of time. The pictures turned out great. Our only "issue" with them is that we have yet to receive the "Our Story" photos that came with our package (6 months later). Otherwise, no complaints. LOVE our photos.
We absolutely loved the final product video we got. The videographer did a wonderful job and we will never regret paying the money to have this video done. Our only qualm with the business is their lack of communication. At times it was hard to get a hold of someone to talk to and took too long to hear back when voicemails/emails were left/sent.
They did an awesome job of getting in touch with me before the wedding to make sure all the details were worked out. More than that, the DJ was amazing. I don't think I could have asked for a better experience with a DJ.
