Amanda shot our Wedding in Reading, Pa. Half of our pictures were blurry and out of focus (the one's Amanda took)! Good thing she had her backup photographer shooting along with her, because those were great. Problem is, so many great shots were unusable (she must have had a camera setting off).
When I sent an email about being unhappy, she was short and unhelpful. She asked me to send samples and I did. She admitted many were blurry but could be corrected with computer software (yeah, right). I was only going to ask her to comp us on a couple of prints (that's where she really makes her money) but her attitude was so bad that I didn't even ask. You have to have basic people skills to run your own business!
