Horrible business practices. Contract (or as they put it "expectation of services") was drafted and agreed upon via written correspondence. This company then proceeded to book another event in place of ours. When we contacted them we were told that it was not final and that they got a bigger event for the day. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any event!
