Big Event from Fenelon Falls. Huge lack of communication in the beginning should have been a red flag. Emails took over a month to respond to. They provided the decorations and flowers. Flowers (bouquets) didn't even last an hour after they were delivered. Bride's bouquet was not even close to the requested style, and fell apart before the ceremony. Threw all flowers out. The centrepieces were missing the main detail (being the bamboo branches) The decorations were nice, but not what we had PAID for and requested. The table cloths weren't ironed and were horribly wrinkled. The owner didn't come to see the bride or groom at the time of delivery for approval. When approached after the wedding about the pricing that we paid for and what we didn't receive, only a $90 refund was given for a $3500 bill. Not impressed whatsoever. Unfortunately would not recommend at all.
Fabulous!! Custom invitations at a fantastic price. They were packaged up in the mail so neatly, wrapped with ribbon and everything. Proofs were sent promptly! What a wonderful transaction! Diane was absolutely amazing!!
Tonia travelled all the way to our resort to do our makeup on the day of our wedding. She had 7 ladies to style and created a masterpiece of of each of us! I've never felt more beautiful in my life! She was wonderful and her talent is something else!!
New Traditions Salon in Peterborough: Tammy and Katie are both amazing stylists!! Each one of us ladies had beautiful hair! They travelled out to our wedding location as well which made us feel more relaxed and less rushed. The prices were the best too! I cannot believed how much work they did on us and how inexpensive it was!
Jenn was the absolute best Wedding Photographer that we could have ever asked for. Her artistic eye, attention to detail, and her motivation, along with her ideas and enthusiasm were worth every penny. Her professionalism before, during and after our wedding was perfect as well. We did a wedding prep meeting a couple of weeks before our big day, where she explained how the wedding day pictures would work, what our list of must-have-shots would be, her timeline for our day, and what to expect. She was very thorough explaining every moment. On our wedding day, Jenn was up bright and early and kept all of us extremely happy and motivated all day, until the night ended. Even when she was starving, she still took the time to take pictures before taking a bite. Impressive! Did I mention she took something like 7000+ photos?
Once Jenn had a 'feel' for what we would like from our photos, which was a timeless & black/white look, she got right into working on them to hand them over. We had them within a few weeks, and no words could describe them, only emotions. We laughed, we cried, we awed, and laughed some more. Could we pick a favourite? The answer would have to be all of them. Jenn also offered us an opportunity to have a wedding album made. We ordered 3 hard covered albums, and when we saw them for the first time, they were unbelievable. We still get lots of compliments on them when we show them off. They are a great way to celebrate and relive our wedding day.
When recommending a wedding photographer, I would tell you that you don't need to look any further, Jenn will beautifully capture everything that you've ever wanted and more, and do it all with so much pride and professionalism.
Words from our families: She made everyone feel very comfortable and special, she was so much fun and enthusiastic. Her creativity never ended, she still stopped to take pictures of all the little details. She just felt like she was part of the family.

We really enjoyed working with Kelly. She is such a sweetheart! Her talent is wonderful! Everyone LOVED the cake and cupcakes, they were very suiting to us and tasted delish! Wish we could do it all over again just to have more cupcakes!!
