Not only was the quality of the cake out of this world, due to high levels of humidity, she delivered the cake moments before serving to ensure the cake would stay together and not melt. could not recommend her enough.
Not enough stars for how wonderfully piper johnson catered our wedding. we wanted a family style buffet serving french mediterranean food- we knew we wanted ratatouille, seafood only paella, and lots of grilled meats. from the tasting onward, we knew we were in good hands with PJC. Terri, the owner even offers to serve as a day of coordinator which we also could not recommend enough.
