The items we received were in great condition and good quality. Their selection is pretty comprehensive, although shipping and personalization prices can get outrageous.
Very energetic and creative vendor. He had a lot of ideas about decorations and whatnot. I think he would be great for a couple that doesn't have a lot of hard-fast ideas about decor, but wants things to look regal. We clashed with him personality-wise, but we were very pleased with his work. I would not recommend him for a couple that wants to keep decor simple. He likes things to be extravagant, but tasteful.
One of my favorite vendors. Very communicative and flexible. Professional and patient. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Cynthia! The pictures are fabulous, and everybody was impressed with her genuine desire to document the event. Really a pleasant person to have working there.
Great communication with this vendor. We were relieved to see how flexible they were with some last-minute mixups in meals and seating. People seemed to enjoy the food, and the bar service was wonderful. They also helped a lot with cleanup at the end of the event. Truly great service and value with the vendor.
Communication with staff was very good. It rained on our wedding day and moving the ceremony indoors was not a problem. Other vendors were able to do their jobs without any inconveniences, and our guests loved the views and wrap-around deck. There was plenty of space for everything we had going on, which was awesome considering some of the microscopic dance floors we saw at other venues. Great value.
