Best value when shopping for wedding dresses. But once you purchase your dress, you are no longer important to them and they will provide you with the same service.
Wonderful accommodations. Get everything in writing because they added charges at the end of our event that were incorrect. You must stay on top of the staff and cc multiple people. We had a contact leave two weeks prior to our wedding and the rest of the staff was not updated on our event.
They tried, but they are very unorganized. The waiters did their best, but the event managers need to provide more support.
A true one of a kind venue. There's nothing else like it and our guest loved it! But working with them behind the scenes is not fun. You only get married here for the venue/view (some might not feel like jumping through all of the hoops).
Depends on who does your hair and make-up. Two of my bridesmaids were given uneven tones in the makeup. One they forgot to apply blush. My mother-in-law's hair fell before the ceremony was over! Over priced compared to others that I researched.

The food is amazing and everyone loved it. The service on the other hand is below average. The office does not communicate with the staff that they send out to your event. You are just another event to them and do not expect anything above and beyond.
