Fabulous! She did a "trial run" with the bride, which was included in the price, and on the day of the wedding, opened early for us. Everyone's hair looked great, especially the bride, who has very long hair which was put up into a low side sweep, 1940's style. The two ladies also did our makeup, and weren't satisfied until we were. The price was extremely reasonable!!
Ivy is very friendly and creative, but getting contracts, revisions, etc. in a timely manner was not easy. The bridal bouquet was beautiful, but not at all the color that we had sent her in a photo, so we were quite shocked on the wedding day when they arrived. When the flowers were delivered to her from her vendor and weren't the right color, a phone call to us would have been nice. After the wedding when I emailed her regarding that disappointment, I have yet to receive any response.
