Do not use this company! We hired them to do our wedding in September. Dinner was more than half an hour late. They brought huge carts through the hall and made my guests move. It should have been done before guests arrived. The food was cold when it was finally served. We had very young servers as well, who were dressed in jeans and took smoke breaks every twenty minutes. They all smelled like smoke while serving. All of them showed no manners to any of our guests and a lot of guests complained about it. The food was not the same from when we did the taste testing. We had crepes for dessert and they were still frozen. After all was said and done we did not even receive a follow up phone call. When I got in touch with the company they informed me that the servers said it went fine. No refund was offered, no apology for the poor service. They did however, offer us 2 fifty dollar gift certificates to use their service again. Our contract was not met and we are very disappointed with the outcome. Beware brides! It is not worth the headache.
