I would not recommend this caterer. The buffet was set up on time but the staff was pretty incompetent, not putting bottles on every table and not dressed professionally. They only had the food out for an hour max, then took it away and threw it out! Then they left without telling me and didn't come back for their equipment. My phone calls were unanswered. The groom and guests didn't even get to finish their meals before their plates were taken away. Everyone wanted seconds (the food tasted good, at least) but they gave us no time for that. I was not impressed.
I was hesitant to order bulk roses from an American distributor because of possible delays with Customs, but there were no hiccups with this one. The service from GlobalRose was great, and the roses were delivered on time. The only thing is that Customs holds the shipment for a day, but FedEx called us and gave us the option to pick them up from Customs ourselves. The flowers were gorgeous and lasted forever! It's a week later and I still have my wedding bouquet in a vase on the table. I would recommend this vendor to anyone, in Canada or elsewhere. Very professional service and excellent product.
