The staff at Jenny’s was awesome to work with. They were very accommodating and patient while I looked for the perfect wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. I ended up finding my dress and my bridesmaids dresses there. The prices were good and the staff was great to work with.
Daisy is a free lance makeup artist. She did a makeup trail on myself prior to the wedding and then did makeup for myself and 2 of my bridesmaids the day of the wedding. She came to the salon where we got our hair done and set herself up there. She did an awesome job and made everyone look great.
Gabrielle was awesome to work with. I needed to find a second makeup artist at the last minute and she really came through for me. She did 3 bridesmaids and my mom’s makeup. She came to the salon that we were getting our hair done at and set herself up there. She did a great job and made everyone look awesome.
Kara and her staff did great. They were very accommodating to us, there were 3 hair stylists doing hair for myself, 5 bridesmaids and my mom. They also let 2 makeup artists come in and set up and do makeup for those that were waiting. Everyone’s hair looked great and they were able to get all 7 of us done in 2 ½ hours. I would definitely recommend Posh.
We rented our head table backdrop from Wedding and Party Boutique. The backdrop was easy to set up, it looked great. One of the light strand did not work but we were able to take it back and get a new one that worked. It was a bit of a hassle to go get the new one as we were in the middle of decorating and on a deadline but we are happy we were able to get a working one. The drapery they gave with the backdrop did not match our colour and we did not want to use it but they still made us pay for it – the drapery looked like it had sat in the sun for a long time and was very faded.
Chelsea and her associate from Self Reflexion were awesome. Self Reflexion is a husband-wife team, Chelsea does photography and Brian does cinematography. Chelsea is awesome and fun to work with. It was great to have the 2 photographers, we were able to take couple pictures with Chelsea while the associate photographer took pictures of the bridal party – the bridal party loved this as they didn’t have to just stand around and wait for us, they were able to be doing something. Chelsea took some awesome pictures throughout the day – she was with us all day – from getting ready, to the ceremony, to bridal party formals to the dance.
Brian did an awesome job with our cinematography. Self Reflexion is a husband-wife team, Chelsea does photography and Brian does cinematography. Brian was there for the whole day, from the bride getting ready, to the ceremony, through the formal pictures and the reception. Brian got some awesome shots and was really fun to work with.
Our limo driver was awesome to work with. He arrived on time, waited through the ceremony and drove us to all our picture locations before dropping us off at the reception. He did his best to keep the limo cool, as it was 30 degrees outside! He was helpful and would get everyone water since it was so hot out. He was great to work with and everyone thought he was great.
Through the day we had 2 photographers – Chelsea and an associate. Once we arrived at the reception the associate photographer switched over to the photobooth. The photobooth was awesome – so much fun. Our guest had a great time dressing up and getting some awesome pictures. We are so happy that we added the photobooth – we got some awesome pictures of our guests!
Michelle did an awesome job with our flowers. I told her what I pictured in my head and she brought it to life. She was very open to my ideas. She made my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, the grooms, groomsmen and parents boutonnieres and table arrangements. We got tons of complements from our guests on our flowers.
