We were not happy with our DJ at all. He messed up our champagne toast by announcing it and having the best man give his toast BEFORE the champagne was even poured! He was too quiet and did not announce important parts of the reception very well.
Carla and Barbara at the Wedding Authority were wonderful at helping to make our wedding day all that we had hoped for! They suggested vendors in the area and coordinated our wedding ceremony and reception wonderfully. Also Carla's husband Bill married us and it was a beautiful ceremony. I felt like I was in good hands on the day and was able to relax and enjoy it. The only complaint is that Carla should not have recommended our DJ because he was not good!
We loved Arlene's cake that she made for our wedding! She makes the best tasting cakes in town with delicious fillings and the prices are not too much more than Publix! Would highly recommend sweet weddings in St Augustine
We were very disappointed with the food at our wedding. We had to use them in order to use the salamendez room for our reception. The prime rib which was $50 a plate was very overcooked. We went to several tastings and at the tastings the prime rib was juicy and moist which was definately not what our guests had at our wedding. The snapper was good at the wedding but we went to several tastings and could not find one chicken dish that tasted good. Two thumbs down for them!
