The food was fantastic! I wanted a fall themed menu and Pistachio's came up with a great menu. Winter Salad with Lemon Poppyseed dressing, Rosemary garlic Chicken with Apple Fig Compote,Potato Gratin with Leeks, Bacon & Gruyere, Acorn Squash & Fresh Green Beans. My wedding was two months ago and I still have people telling me how wonderful the food was. We spent half of our budget on catering and were extremely happy with Pistachio's Catering.
Jen has such a creative eye and she is such a pleasure to work with. I really wanted unique wedding photos and I could not be happier with my wedding photos. I love her work and plan on using her for future family photos.
