I received flowers and toffee from Precious Memories in Temple, Texas from my in-laws in Wisconsin. The delivery person set the arrangement in the sun on my front porch and did not call me at any of my available numbers (I checked all caller IDs). I was not at home and they baked in the sun all day until 7:00pm. The vase was so hot that I had to use a towel to pick it up. The flowers wilted and their petals fell off when I picked the vase up. The candy was melted into a big hardened lump. The whole mess had to be thrown away. Precious Memories has a FTD satisfaction guarantee on their website but the owner said that the people who sent it said they could leave it so they did. She refused to take any responsibility. I asked her why they did not put it on my back porch in the shade or at least put it behind a post on the front porch. She became very rude and argued with me that it was my in-laws fault for saying they could leave it and hung up on me. I think my in-laws purchase price for this arrangement should be refunded because I'm sure their purpose was not to send me expensive trash.
