Go to Bobbie's Bridal first! Her shop has a vast selection of beautiful bridal gowns, veils, and accessories. I had a day to find a dress with my mother (who drove to Alexandria from Williamsburg for the day to go with me). Bobbie's Bridal was the last shop we visited- we had an hour before the shop closed. When Bobbie greeted us with a warm smile and asked what style dress I was looking for, I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands! Bobbie and her assistants were knowledgeable, and very patient. Advice to brides- listen to Bobbie and her assistants. The last dress I tried on was "the one," and I only tried it on because Bobbie and her assistant encouraged me to do so (since I didn't think it was my style!) Order the size she recommends. I ordered another size then what Bobbie recommended and at the first fitting it ended up being too tight. Bobbie lent me a shoulder to cry on and told me everything was going to be ok. With Bobbie's knowledge, and her seamstress onsite, we were able to do some alterations and the dress fit perfectly! She also helped us pick out the veil for the dress! Plus, she got the dress to be delivered to the store for me earlier than it was expected- to put my fears to rest! Don't do business with anyone else- Bobbie's Bridal is the best!
