He did a great job and worked very well with my husband to create a special surprise for me. I apologize for not having contact information from him, however he is well known in the Ellicottville area and came highly recommended. You will not be disappointed. My only reasoning for giving him 4 out of 5 stars is that when he is busy it may take him a week or so to get back to you.
They were fantastic to work with and the cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted wonderful. They took our ideas and created a beautiful design that tasted amazing. We chose yellow cake with fresh strawberries and cream filling.
